You have to maintain low carb with high protein diet. Diet is very important to get six packs. So keep your diet healthy. Train your ab muscles 3 or 4 times per week.
Low carb foods:

High protein foods:

Non vegetarian protein sources:
Chicken breast, fish, egg, beef, turkey. 100gram chicken breast have 25 to 30 grams of protein.
