How to make fresh Pepper Chicken ?

Ingredients:
For Marinade:
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Ground Pepper – 2 Tablespoons
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Curd – 1 Cup/100ml
For Gravy:
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 Teaspoon
Large Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves – 1 Bunch
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 Tablespoons

Preparation Method:
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in the marinade section and leave it for an hour.
In a pan or a clay pot heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they crackle add the onions.
When the onions are golden fried add the ginger-garlic paste, salt and tomatoes and saute for 6 minutes or until the tomatoes gets mushy.
Now add the marinated chicken along with 1/2 Cup of water and close the lid & let it cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame.

After 10 minutes check to see if the chicken is cooked and add coriander leaves.
Open cook the chicken until almost all the water is evaporated and take it off the heat & serve hot.
