Today, I am sharing a quick and easy recipe for chicken fried rice. Believe me, it is very tasty and spicy. The ingredients of this recipe are easily available and making the process of this recipe is also easy. So my dear friends try this in your home in these quarantine days.
Chicken fried rice is very healthy for your children. It is rich with high proteins and fiber. It is a widely known recipe in all over the world. Check out the full recipe of chicken fried rice.
Ingredients for chicken fried Rice:-
1. Boneless Chicken- 200gm
2. Eggs- 3
3. Rice- 300gm
4. Salt- as per taste
5. Garlic - 5 cloves
6. Cabbage - 100 gm
7. Carrots - 1
8. Capsicum- 1
9. Green peas- 50gm
10. Onions - 2
11. Sauce
12. Refined oil
Making Process of Chicken Fried Rice:-
First of all, cook rice.
Then finely chop the 5 cloves of garlic and 2 onion.
Cut all the vegetables.
Now after this take a pan and heat it.
Then add 1tbsp of oil in the pan and fried the onion and remove onto a plate.
Then take a bowl and beat all the 3 eggs.
After this add the beaten egg and a pinch of salt on it.
Mixed gently it on a medium flame for a minute.
Again heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil on it.
Now add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
Then add chicken strips on high flame for 3 minutes.
Now add salt and mixed it till the color of chicken is turned into brown.
After this add all the vegetables and stir for 2 min on high heat.
Then add the sauce and pepper powder.
Finally, add the cooked rice and season it.
Now add some vinegar.
Fry it for 5 min.
Add the scrambled egg and fried onions.
Then toss it and serve this delicious and spicy fried rice.
