Kareena Kapoor name is prominently featured among the most attractive and fit actresses of the Bollywood film industry. Kareena surprised the industry by reducing weight of 15 to 20 kg, two months after giving birth to son Timur.
Kareena says that due to eating ghee, rice and parathas during pregnancy, my weight increased 18 to 20 kg. So after the pregnancy, I started workout, but due to the over weight, I could not go longer on the treadmill. That's why I used to walk in the Garden for half an hour everyday.
Kareena Kapoor is a very strong Indian in terms of food and drink. Kareena does not enjoy ghee bread and without eating lentils and neither does she stomach. In my childhood, my mother used to feed me rice with ghee. According to them, ghee enhances the beauty of the skin. That is why their point is still sitting in my mind. Whenever there is a party in my house, all guests speak and say that there should be no oil in the food.
