Raashi (Rashi) Khanna is one among them. She is an Indian model and actress who works predominately in the Tamil and Telugu movies. She is a well-known face on the big screen and has come a long way in her career. Other than Tamil and Telugu movies, she has appeared in Malayalam as well as Hindi movies. Being a model, she has worked in many TV commercials.
Raashi Khanna was born on 30th November 1990 in New Delhi. Her father’s name is Raj Khanna and her mother’s name is Sarita Khanna. She also has an elder brother named Raunaq Khanna. Raashi has completed her schooling from St. Mark’s Senior Secondary Public School, New Delhi. She has completed her graduation in Bachelor of Arts (English) from Lady Shree Ram College for Women, New Delhi. After her graduation, she wanted to become a copywriter for Ad films. However, she has started her career as a model.
In 2013, Raashi made her acting debut with the Hindi movie ‘Madras Cafe’ alongside with John Abraham and Nargis Fakhri. In this movie, she has portrayed the role as John Abraham’s wife. Her performance in the movie was highly appreciated by the audience as well as other actors. In 2014, she made her Telugu debut with the movie ‘Oohalu Gusagusalade’ alongside with Naga Shourya. For this Telugu movie, she has won the SIIMA Awards for Best Debut Actress. On the same year, she has appeared in two more Telugu movies, ‘Manam’ and ‘Joru’. After her success in few movies, she has acted in many Telugu films during the year 2015-2016. In 2016, she has won the Apsara Awards for Most Glamorous Dive of the Year.
In 2017, she made her Malayalam debut with the movie ‘Villain’ alongside with Mohanlal, Vishal and Hansika. Raashi has played a vital role in this movie and her performance was heavily praised by the audience. In 2018, she has acted in a Telugu movie ‘Tholi Prema’ alongside with Varun Tej. For this movie, she has won the Zee Cine Awards for Entertainer of the Year. On the same year, she made her Tamil debut with the movie ‘Imaikkaa Nodigal’ alongside with Nayanthara and Atharvaa. The film became successful at the box office and she has received many positive reviews on her performance. Later, she has appeared in another Tamil movie ‘Adanga Maru’ alongside with Jayam Ravi.

In 2019, she has acted in two Tamil movies, ‘Ayogya’ alongside with Vishal and ‘Sangathamizhan’ alongside with Vijay Sethupathi. On the same year, she has appeared in two Telugu movies, ‘Venky Mama’ and ‘Prati Roju Pandage’. In 2020, she was last seen in a Telugu movie ‘World Famous Lover’ alongside with Vijay Deverakonda, Aishwarya Rajesh and Catherine Tresa. As per latest reports, Raashi’s upcoming projects are two Tamil movies which includes ‘Aranmanai 3’ and ‘Shaitan Ka Bachcha’. Being a model, she used to share her photoshoots on social media on a daily basis. She was looking so gorgeous in those pictures.
