According to Rail Swachh Portal of Indian Railways, Perungalathur railway station in Tamil Nadu is the dirtiest railway station in India. Let us know that out of the 10 dirtiest railway stations in India, six railway stations are from Tamil Nadu only.

Second place is Guindy railway station (Guindy) of Tamil Nadu, which has a zonal ranking of 71. 
Sadar Bazar railway station of Delhi ranks 718th out of 720 railway stations in India in terms of cleanliness. Its zonal ranking is 83.
One place before Sadar Bazar railway station i.e. India's fourth dirtiest station is Velacheri railway station in Tamil Nadu, which has a zonal ranking of 70.

Tamil Nadu also has a station at 717th in this list. Guduvancheri railway station is one of the 10 dirtiest railway stations in the country. Its zonal ranking is 69. 
After Guduvanchery, Singaperumalkoil railway station in Tamil Nadu is at 716th station. Its zonal ranking is 68.
Ottappalam railway station in Kerala is one of the 10 dirtiest railway stations in the country, with a zonal ranking of 67.

Pazhavanthangal railway station in Tamil Nadu, with a zonal ranking of 66, is also among the top 10 dirtiest stations. 
Araria Court railway station in Bihar is 712th out of 720 stations in the country. Its zonal ranking is 26. 
On the other hand, Khurja (Uttar Pradesh) railway station is also included in this list. It is the 10th dirtiest station in the country. The zonal ranking of Khurja station is 29.
