Today, most people find it very difficult to stay away with their phones. Unfortunately, even while jogging and running, many can not go without a phone.
Of course, having a means of communication with you is a good precaution, especially if you are running in an unfamiliar area and are afraid to get lost. Nevertheless, in matters of placing the phone, while jogging, you need to maintain common sense.
Never put the phone in the places below, If you have already encountered this, you will understand what I'm talking about, and if not, then just try not to do it.
1. In a sports bra:
At first glance, a sports bra may seem like an ideal place for a phone, but in fact, it is not. In practice, the phone will sink deeper and deeper into the bra and eventually get lost or sweat. Moreover, if you try to put the phone on top of your chest, you risk rubbing it or getting problems with your posture.
2. Under the elastic of the pants:
Some athletes put their phone under the leggings/shorts that go around the waist. Of course, the place is not bad, but soon gravity will take its toll, and ultimately the phone will fall just below the abdomen and begin an exciting journey into the intimate area, which can lead to infection.
3. In the hand:
In fact, some people manage to run a marathon with a phone in their hand. On the one hand, it’s convenient, because at any moment you can take a selfie or take a picture of a running partner.
On the other hand, when the hand sweats, the phone will most likely slip out of it and crash on the asphalt. Better not take the risk.
4. On the inside of the thigh:
A lot of people attach the phone to the inside of their thighs with duct tape. However, believe me, this is not the best idea. Mainly because you will tear your hair out of one of the most sensitive areas on the body when you want to get the phone.
5. In shoes:
When you run, you take about 2000 steps for 1.5 km. Putting the phone in your shoes and hoping it won’t break is the same as competing in running with Usain Bolt and being sure of victory. It is simply not possible!
6. In a rubber band of a sock:
The elastic bands on the socks are made in order to squeeze the legs below and increase the flow of blood to them. If you put the phone there, the elastic will remain in one place, in addition, the phone itself may leave a mark on the skin.
However, if you really can’t run without a phone, then it’s better to attach it with a special bandage on your hand, on a special waist belt. In this case, both you and your phone will be much more secure!
