Mahendra Singh Dhoni is one of the best cricket players in the world

Recently former Cricket allrounder Irfan Pathan has heaped praise on Former Indian Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni as well as his captaincy. He was telling that the captaincy of Indian Cricket team has transformed drastically ever since Dhoni became captain of Indian Team.
He has further stated that while playing the cricket matches, Dhoni was always been cool, calm, trusting teammates and backing the entire bowlers.
Dhoni is very polite and humble person and he never takes any credit for any win. At the same time he always comes ahead of taking the responsibilities of every loss.

During the Indo Australia test series held in 2008, Anil Kumble led Indian team has experienced two draws and the Dhoni lead Indian team has won two matches against Australia. As Dhoni was the captain of the last match, Dhoni was called for accepting the trophy. While accepting the trophy, he could have stood there in triumph and taken all the credit.

Contrary to the same, he has handed over the trophy to Anil Kumble and left the scene. Later when a reporter asked him a question starting with “Your team.... ,” immediately Dhoni corrected him saying that Indian team is still lead by Anil Kumbe only.
Dhoni never looses his cool and he is as cool as a Cucumber. No matter how intense the situation is, but still he is always sure of himself.
Dhoni has unconventional thinking caliber and he had taken many drastic decisions earlier that many other experienced players would not have been thought. Willpower and Guts are highly essential to take such kind of drastic decisions in an appropriate time.

Dhoni is one of the greatest wicket keeper batsmen in the world. His lightning speed of stumping, magnificent catches and throwing ball on stumps without even seeing the stumps are marvellous and it's memories are still tickling in the heart and mind of the Indian cricket fans.
Dhoni can manage any situation as well as any player. He knows how to manage young and old players. He knows how to get the best out of everyone. Dhoni’s leadership style could well make a good case study for a management institute.
He is one of the finest Cricket Captains the world. He is the only Captain on the planet to have all these trophies under his belt. Under able and efficient leadership, India has won many prestigious trophy such as ICC T20 World Cup, Commonwealth bank series, Asia Cup, ICC Cricket world cup, and Champions trophy. The exemplary qualities of leadership that he has imbibed and nurtured would become subject matter of case studies after he walks into the sunset. Many times he was pushing himself into the background and allowed his teammates to get the glory of achievements.
His uncanny ability to recognize talent, build it into a team and have immense faith in his teammates has been another mark of leadership that Dhoni has displayed throughout his tenure as captain.
He is always staying calm at tense situations, contributing as finisher. He was as a wicket keeper cum Captain of Indian team for more than 10 years across three formats such as One day Cricket, T20 Cricket and Test Cricket + IPL. He was a master in making the perfect DRS decisions and was famous in his helicopter Sixes, etc.
India never had a better wicket-keeper who turned out to be a good batsman. Dhoni played a very crucial role of a dependable batsman and a good finisher for a number of years.
The wicket-keeping skills of Dhoni are absolutely mind-blowing and he is able to hit the stumps much faster than anybody else.
Dhoni is able to judge the trait of a batsman by his way of batting. And he advises the bowlers to bowl accordingly which offers them wickets.
Even though he has quite from Test and One day Cricket, the entire Indian cricket lovers were waiting to see him playing in the next T20 world cup tournament. As this tournament has already been postponed indefinitely due to the ongoing pandemic, I don't think he will be able to play for Indian team in future.
