Material:
- 1 cup corn floor
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp powder
- 4 to 5 small cardamom
- Half cup of cashew nuts
- Pinch color
- 1 Tablespoon Pistachio
Method:
To make it, first of all, mix corn flour in water.
After this, prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar and 3 to 4 cups of water in a pan.
After this, add corn flour solution in Chashni and cook on low flame.
- Keep stirring the mixture. After 10 to 15 minutes you will see that the pudding will become thick and transparant.
After this, add ghee to it and mix it well.
- Stir the halwa till the ghee mixes well.
- Put 1 teaspoon color solution in a vessel and along with chopped cashews and cardamom halwa.
- Keep stirring until the pudding freezes.
Now put ghee in a tray and spread the halwa over it. If desired, you can add chopped pistachios.
2. Kaju Katli
Kaju Katli is one of the traditional sweets of India. It is also called cashew barfi. Especially during festivals, people like to give it to each other and eat. Cashew - 200 grams
Water - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 100 grams (ground)
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method:
1. First prepare the powder by grinding cashew nuts in a grinder.
2. Now put sugar and water in a pan and let the gas medium heat to a boil.
3. After boiling, add cashew powder and cook it while stirring well.
4. Cook the mixture while stirring so that there are no lumps in it.
5. Cook cashew paste on a slow flame of gas for 8-10 minutes.
6. Now put some ghee in a plate and make it smooth, mix well and add the prepared cashew paste.
7. Roll out the prepared dough into a thick roti.
8. Now keep it aside to cool for 10-15 minutes.
9. After that, apply a silver work on it and cut it into a shape like kaju katli with a knife.
