Easy recipe for making Paneer Angara, take it as a restaurant in lockdown

 Material:-
 Tomatoes - 4 (300 grams)
 Green chili - 2
 Ginger - 1 inch
 Dry red chili - 1
 Paneer - 250 grams
 Coriander (finely chopped) - 2 to 3 tablespoons
 Paneer (grated) -) cup
 Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoons
 Butter - 1 tbsp
 Salt - 1 teaspoon
 Coal (piece) - 1
 Cashews - 2 to 3 tablespoons
 Capsicum (chopped) - 1
 Cinnamon - 1 inch
 Bay leaf - 2
 Cloves - 3
 Green cardamom - 3
 Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
 Dry fenugreek - 1 tbsp
 Asafoetida - pinch
 Cumin seeds - 1.25 teaspoons
 Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
 Red chili powder - 1 tsp
 Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon.
 Recipe :-
 - Take 4 tomatoes and cut them into large size pieces.
 - Take 2 green chilies and chop them.
 - Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of oil and heat it.
 - Add one teaspoon of cumin seeds, followed by 3 green cardamom, 2 small bay leaves and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
 Fry them and add dry red chillies too.
 - Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and ginger to it.
 - Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cashews to it and cover it on low heat and cook.
 - Finely grind it after 10 minutes.
- Preheat a pan, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil and heat it.
 - Put 4 cumin seeds in hot oil and fry it on low heat.
- On medium heat, add one teaspoon turmeric powder, one teaspoon coriander powder, one teaspoon red chilli powder, one tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves.
- Fry the masala mixture, add chopped capsicum and fry it with spices until the color changes.
 - Take coal, place it on the stove, pour some oil over it and put it on the heat.
 - Let it burn on one side and fry the masala mixture while stirring it.
 - Mix one cup of water with one teaspoon of salt in the spice mixture.
 - Add chopped coriander, a few pieces of cottage cheese and mix well.
 - Add one cup of grated cheese and mix well.
- Cover and cook the kadhi for 5 minutes on low heat.
 - After cooking the curry, place the charred coal in a mini bowl over the curry.
- Add some asafoetida and oil to the coal. Cover and cook for 10 minutes while turning off the heat.
 - After 10 minutes, drain the bowl and add a tablespoon of butter to it.
- Add some finely chopped coriander and mix well.
- Serve it with paratha, chapatti, naan, rice or anything you like.
 - The prepared quantity of curry is sufficient for 3 to 4 members of a family.
