What will you do for love? How much sacrifice does it take to reach out to a loved one and live with her? How far will it go? Yes, there are some people in the world who are willing to do anything for love. This is such a love story. Love story between Indian artist PK and Charlotte von Shedwin from Sweden. The story of a bicycle trip from India to Europe. This is the story.Von Shedwin came to India as a tourist. She met an artist named Mahanandia at a place in Delhi. Mahanandia, who was also an art student, was selling his paintings and visitors' paintings at Connaught Place at the time. He also promised to draw a picture of Charlotte in ten minutes.
However, the drawing was not correct and she did not like it. She said she will come the next day and left. However, the next day's drawing was also not correct.

Mahanandia was born in Orissa. Born into a dalit family, Mahanandia has often had to face a great deal of discrimination from other children and society from an early age. Whenever he felt sad, his mother would say, 'According to his horoscope, one day he will marry a girl, and that girl's zodiac sign will be Taurus. She will come from a distant land. She will be associated with music and will have her own forest.'
For some reason, Mahanandia was suddenly shocked when she saw Charlotte.  He asked her, 'Do you have your own forest in the country?'  She replied that there was. Moreover, she loved to play the piano. She also said that her zodiac sign is Taurus. His mother may have told him to calm down, but what happened may have been a coincidence, but at first glance he felt an intimacy with Charlotte. So without looking back, he invited her for tea.  Shedwin, on the other hand, thought he was polite and asked why he had asked her that.

So after some friendship, she agreed to visit Orissa with Mahanandia. Her first visit was to the Konark Temple. So they both fell in love. Charlotte was wearing a sari when she first met Mahanandia's father. The couple soon got married with the blessings of their mother and father. After spending a few days in Orissa, they returned to Delhi. But she arrived with friends for 22 days as part of a tour of different countries. So she said goodbye to Mahanandia. He told her to go to Boras, Sweden as soon as possible and live with him. A year passed.  The two exchanged love, affection and affection through letters. Even then, Mahanandia did not have the money to book a flight. But every moment he wanted to be with his beloved as soon as possible.

Eventually, he sold everything he had and bought a bicycle. He decided to follow her the same way she came. The trip was through Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Germany, Austria and Denmark. Mahanandia started his journey on January 22, 1977.  He covered 70 km every day. He had a brush and paint in his hand. He created portraits of people along the way. Some paid him for it. Others provided food and shelter. Some days he was starving.

People of Afghanistan understood Hindi and were very interested in drawing and art. But when it came to Iran, language was a problem. But he overcame it somehow. Mahanandia finally arrived in Europe on May 28. He traveled via Istanbul and Vienna and boarded a train to Gothenburg. Eventually, he reached out to his beloved, but it was difficult to convince Charlotte's parents. But at the end of the conversation, the two of them had to convince each other. Eventually, Mahanandia and Charlotte were officially married in Sweden. Mahanandia knew nothing about European culture or life. But Charlotte always stood by him.  Mahanandia also worked there as an artist. Both had two children after couple of years.
