Wheat with Nendhrangai Fry
Ingredients: Ripe bananas - 2, wheat flour, maida flour - half a cup per head, corn flour - a teaspoon, baking soda - a pinch, chilli - a quarter teaspoon, saffron powder - a pinch, grated onion - a teaspoon, chopped coriander - A teaspoon, salt - the required amount.
Recipe: Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut it in two. Then cut into thin slices lengthwise. Combine wheat flour, maida flour, baking soda, corn flour, casserole powder, salt, roasted onion, coriander and chilli powder. Dry the oil in the pan, dip the dough into two and three pieces. When the pajji is red, turn it over and take it out.

Capsicum Bajji
Ingredients: Peanut flour - 1 cup, rice flour - 3 tablespoons, Chili - 2, Chili powder - 1 tablespoon, Asparagus - 1 pinch, Coriander - 1/4 teaspoon, Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon, Turmeric powder - 1 pinch, Salt - required amount, Soda Salt - 1 pinch, Water - 3 / 4 cups, saffron color - 1 pinch, oil - to fry

Recipe: Cut the wedges into the desired shape. In a pan, first mix the turmeric, rice, chilli powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and soda. Add the required amount of water and mix lightly without lumps. When the oil is hot in the oven, dip the hot peppers in the pan and dip it in the oil.
