With the opening of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, it has been announced to make at least two new films on Ram's life here in Mumbai. Senior filmmaker Pahlaj Nihalani has announced to release his film next year on Diwali.
Director and actress Kangana Ranaut have also talked about making a film called Aparajita Ayodhya. On the day of Raksha Bandhan, actor Akshay Kumar has given a precious gift to his sister Alka Hiranandani. This gift was the announcement of his next film Rakshabandhan. Alka will also be the presenter of this film.
While announcing the film, Akshay also announced its release date on 5 November 2021 next year. Diwali next year will be on 4 November. Now Pahlaj Nihalani has also announced the release of his film Ayodhya Ka Katha on the same day.
The shooting of the film is going to start from November 21, a week after Diwali this year. The actors of the film have not yet been announced by Pahlaj, but it is being told that the film will be made in other Indian languages besides Hindi.
Before this film, Kangana Ranaut has also announced to make a film named Aparajita Ayodhya. Kangana has included Bahubali series writer KV Vijayendra Prasad in her team to write this film. According to Kangana, this film will tell the complete story of Ram Mandir for six hundred years and it will start from the time of Babur's invasion.
