Meditation: With our busy everyday life, staying in one place and meditating for long can be difficult. So make meditation a regular part of your daily life. You should meditate and keep repeating 'Om' in your head when you are commuting or taking a break from your job. So the subconscious is not left naked this way. This provides positive energy and helps keep headaches off. As A Final Note. One of the most valuable things about yoga is that it can be performed and that it is helpful to all, whether you are young or old or frail or strong. Just one thing, don't push yourself when doing the yoga poses that can easily relieve headaches. Go for the wind.
