For Dough:

  •  All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups
  • Water - 2/3 cup
  •  Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar – ½ teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon 

For Filling:

  •  Boiled Mashed potato - 1 cup
  •  Roasted Dry Chili
  •  Crispy Fried onion - 1/4 cup
  • Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – As per Taste

Preparation:

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Now mix water and make a medium-hard dough. Cover and keep aside for 1/ 2 hours. 

credit:party image reference2. In another bowl mix all filling ingredients well. Divide the filling into a small portion and make 10 small balls. Keep aside. After 2 hours divide the dough into 10 portions and make 10 balls. 

3. Put some oil over the balls. Spread some oil on the rolling space. Take one ball, press with your hand, and make a small round shape wrap. Press the edges into thin than the middle portion of the wrap. Put one potato filling in the middle of the wrap and close the edges. Heat enough oil for deep frying pan on medium heat and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat until deep golden brown.
