So many kinds of breakfast are available. My favorite breakfast is churros. They are traditional in Spain and Portugal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 2 and ½ cup of white sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup of oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a pan over medium heat, combine water; add sugar, salt to taste and vegetable oil. After boiling it remove from heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. Heat oil for frying, then pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. Fry it until it becomes a golden color, drain it on paper towels. Combine a cup of sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in that combination. Now it’s ready to serve.
