- Coriander leaves (chopped)
- Ajwain (1/2 teaspoon)
- Red chilly (as per your choice)
- Jeera powder (1/3 teaspoon)
- Salt (according to taste)
- Garlic (chopped for raita)
- Curd
- Oil
