Breakfast recipes fast and easy

Here are some things I have made that were pretty easy and quick:

  1. Yogurt with sour cherry preserve and muesli
  2. Cinnamon toast
  3. Cut up fruit bowl that you can buy from the supermarket already cut if you don’t have time.
  4. Hard boiled egg with butter, paprika and Parmesan
  5. French toast - very simple, just beat an egg with some milk, soak a couple of slices of bread for a few seconds, remove from the egg mixture, then fry on the stove top in a little butter.
  6. Scrambled eggs with a bit of cheese and left over veggies.
  7. Pancakes - boxed batter isn’t bad, but batter from scratch is really easy and tastes a lot better.
  8. Bacon in the oven. If you have a few people to feed, put some foil in a half sheet pan, put the oven and 350, put the bacon slices individually on the half sheet pan, and roast until the bacon is done, about 15 minutes.
  9. Want to make something impressive? Get a muffin tin, a large one that holds six muffins. Also, get some paper muffin liners. Cook some bacon, not crispy but still bendable. While the bacon is cooking, preheat the oven to 350. Put the liners in the muffin tin, then put a piece of bacon in each muffin liner. Put three eggs in a bowl and beat with a tablespoon of milk, a few drops of Worcestershire, and a drop or two of Tabasco. When the eggs are completely mixed, add a bit of grated cheese to the egg mixture. You could also add small bit of veggies, like finely chopped spring onions, or minced tomato. Pour some of the egg mixture into each bacon lined muffin liner. Only fill 2/3 full because the eggs will rise and puff up. Bake for about 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
