Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is almost everyone's favorite and people love to eat it paneer in any shape or form. I keep trying to reinvent paneer and today i am sharing a tasty and easy recipe to make peanut paneer with you people.
So without wasting time lets start with the ingredients. Below is the list of ingredients.
Ingredients:-
a)Paneer(Cut it in dice)
b)Refined Oil
c)Chopped Onion
d)Red Orangish tomato(Blended)
e)Cashew nut
f)Peanut(Roasted and grinded )
g)Chopped coriander leaves
h)Chopped green chili
i)Chopped mint leaves(optional)
j)Milk's Cream
k)Salt
l)Coriander powder
m)Turmeric powder
Method:-
Take a pan and add oil in it. When oil is hot, add chopped onions in it. Cook the onion until they become become golden brown. Now add blended tomatoes and mint leaves to the pan and mix it well. Keep stirring the gravy regularly until the oil from tomatoes start separating.
Now add the dry spices i.e. salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder ,dry coriander powder to the gravy and give it a mix. Cook it on low flame for 2min so that spices don't get burn. Now add milk's cream to the gravy and mix it well.
Now add roasted and grinded peanuts and paneer to the gravy. Mix them well and keep the gravy on low flame for 2-3 min so that paneer gets mix to the spices well. Now add cashew nuts and chili to the gravy and cook for 1-2 min.
Our peanut paneer is ready. Take it out form the pan and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
Note: You can add and substract spices according to your taste.
