How to make tasty Orange Popsicles and Coconut Vada

 

"Orange Popsicles" Everyone has fond memories associated with this sour ice. Such pull ice can be made at home with ingredients that are available to everyone. This is sour ice without any chemicals. Very tasty, comes in perfect.

Ingredients:

Orange Juice- 400 ml

Sugar- 1/3 cup

Lemon juice- 2 tsps

Bulbs in orange tones

Policy:

Add the rest of the ingredients in the orange juice and dissolve the sugar.

Melt the sugar, add a few orange bulbs to the molds, fill with orange juice, cover and place in the freezer overnight.

Mold in water for 10-15 seconds the next day and it will come off easily !!!

Tips:

Add sugar depending on the sourness of the juice

Ghee can also be used without butter

If there are no molds, you can pour it in a tea glass, seal it with aluminum foil on top and make a stick from the top.

Coconut Vada :

This is a Telangana special recipe. An easy snack that can be made in minutes. Children eat very fondly. The wood is the same as in Andhra Pradesh and is known as Garelu in Telangana.

These are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and very tasty. They also last for 3-4 days.

Ingredients:

Rice flour- 1 cup

Green coconut grater- 1 cup

Ginger- 1 inch

Cumin- 1 tsp

Herbs- 4

Salt

Adequate hot water

Fry in oil

Policy:

Add ginger, green chillies and cumin to the mix and make a smooth paste

Boil water

Add coconut grater, salt, ginger and green chilli paste to the rice flour and mix well

Then add a little hot water and mix well with a spoon and then knead the dough by hand.

Put 2-3 drops of oil on the polythene sheet and press the oil-soaked hand like a stick of wood.

Put the pressed ones in hot hot oil, fry till red and set aside

These last at least 3-4 days

Tips:

These are not as hard as wood and are soft
