Tawa Chicken Spice Recipe:
First chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, caraway, and coriander, make a ginger garlic paste, squeeze the lemon juice and put it in a bowl, and wash the stew well and put it on a plate. Next, take a bowl, add the yolks we have washed, the turmeric powder, the ginger garlic paste we have made, the squeezed lemon juice, and the required amount of salt, mix well and let it soak for about half an hour. Then put a pan in the oven on medium heat and add coriander seeds, anise, a tablespoon of cumin, cloves, star flower, cardamom, 2 slices of coriander, and dried chillies and fry it well until golden brown. When it turns golden, turn off the stove, take it out, pour it on a plate, spread it well and let it cure for a while.
After a while make sure it cools down then put it in a mixing jar and grind it well and put it in a bowl. Now put a pan in the oven over medium heat and pour about 8 to 10 tablespoons of oil in it and bake it. After frying in oil, add a tablespoon of cumin and 2 strips and fry for about half a minute. After half a minute put the chopped onion and green chillies in it and fry it till the onion becomes glassy. When the onion comes to a boil, add the chopped tomatoes and fry for about a minute.
After a minute put the oven on and put the stew we have soaked in it, stir it well and let it boil for about 5 minutes. (Keep the frying pan with a spoon.) After 5 minutes, add the spices we have grinded in it, stir it well and let it boil for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add pepper powder and required amount of salt and stir well then sprinkle the required amount of water in it and let it cook till the chicken is well cooked. (Keep stirring the chicken well with 2 tbsp.) When the chicken is well fried, sprinkle the chopped caraway and coriander in it, remove from the oven with a fork, stir and serve hot on a plate. Now prepare your hot and very spicy Tawa Chicken Masala. Make sure you do this in your home and have fun with your family.
