Material:-
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup semolina
1 teaspoon oil
salt to taste
A pinch of baking powder
Hot water to knead the dough
-1 onion for stuffing
Its cut
1 tomato
Sliced capsicum
1 cup grated cottage cheese
Parsley
Red chilly
Black pepper powder to taste
Method:-
Step 1
To make pizza puff, add semolina, oil, baking powder and salt to the dough. Keep in mind that you use hot water for this, as it will help to make the puff crisp.
Step 2
Now mix the chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and paneer together. Add salt, pepper, red chilli and parsley to it and mix well. To make this mixture good, keep it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Now apply light oil on your hands, make dough dough and roll it slightly larger than the size of the roti. To give it a square shape, cut the edges with a knife. Now, cut the square bread in two.
Step 4
Apply light water around the square bread and close the stuffing. To make it look good, make a design on the corners with a fork spoon.
Step 5
Heat a little oil in a pan and pour the puffs into the pan. When one of the sides is cooked, turn them over and similarly fry the puffs.
