- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- 200 gms of small cube paneer
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 cubes grated cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1-2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pizza oregano
- 1/2 tsp peri masala
- Salt to taste
- Honey Mustard, Thousand Island and Chipotle Sauce for the dressing
- Hot Dog Sauce (alternatively you can mix red chili sauce + tomato ketchup + Schezwan sauce for the spread)
- 5 whole wheat thick chapatis cooked
- Butter/ghee for roasting
Procedure -
1. Take a pan to add in oil. Once hot, add onions & cook till translucent. Now add bell peppers & cook well. Add all the dry spices & cook nicely. Now add paneer & salt. Mix well and switch off the gas. Now let the mixture get a little warm & lastly add cheese & mix.
