Pineapple and mango smoothie with coconut milk

Pineapple-Mango smoothie:

Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple
  2. Mango
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Honey
  5. Turmeric powder/paste.

Smoothie of pineapple and mango:

  • Take a blender add one cup of pineapple pieces, one cup of mango pieces, one cup of coconut milk, 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder or fresh turmeric root(1 inch) and blend it.
  • Blend it for 20 seconds smoothly then open the blender once and add a spoon of honey to it and blend it again.
  • Now you can transfer it to a glass and drink it.
  • You can add another half cup of coconut milk to adjust the consistency.
  • Super tasty and healthy smoothie is ready. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top of it.
  • Drink in the morning breakfast for weight loss.
