For Pizza Base-
-1 cup Pizza Flour
-1/2 t spoon yeast
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/5 cup water
-1 tsp sugar
-1 tbsp olive oil
For making pizza toppings-
-1/2 cup pizza sauce
-2/3 cup Pizza Cheese
-1/2 tsp chili flakes
-1/2 t spoon fresh origano
-1/4 avocado
-1/4 cup green / yellow zucchini
-1/2 red / yellow bell pepper
-4 mushrooms
-2 black olives
-green olives
How to make Greek Style Pizza
To make a Greek style pizza, first heat the oven to the maximum temperature and defrost the cheese. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water to prepare the dough for preparing the pizza base. Add salt and pizza flour to it and prepare a soft dough.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes to make it smooth. If the dough has been sticky, you can knead the dough by sprinkling more flour in it. Cover the dough in a counter top. Now place the dough on a baking sheet and roll it like a thin roti. Spread pizza sauce using the back of a large spoon on top of the bread.
After the sauce, spread the chopped vegetables on the bread and also pour the cheese on top. After this, take out the baking tray comfortably and sprinkle Italian seasoning on it. Now bake it in the oven for 15 minutes. Your hot Greek style pizza is ready to be served.
