Instant cucumber dosa super tasty recipe

Ingredients:

  1. rice flour 4 cups
  2. Mung dal flour 1 cup
  3. Cucumber 4
  4. 3 green chillies
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Fresh coriander leaves 1/4th cup
  7. Sugar powder 1/2 tsp
  8. 5 cups water
  9. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt as per taste

method:

Very first thing to do is wash the cucumber and peal it then grate the cucumber and keep it aside, chop the green chillies and coriander leaves very fine, now in a bowl add rice flour and mung dal flour and grated cucumber then mix then very well all together then add 4 cups of water little by little by mixing it with your hands just to avoid lumps formation after adding water then beat the mixture with your hands in one direction only just to put some air into it beat it approximately 5 minutes or 7 minutes after then close the lid and keep it aside for 10 on rest.

After 10 minutes open the lid and check it if you feel there is a need of water then use the 5th cup of water into it but do not put whole remove quater 1/4 cup of water from it then add remaining total we require 4 and 3/4th cup of water into this then mix it well and then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, coriander leaves and sugar powder also add salt into it at this stage then mix it well after then add baking soda and mix for 1 minute.

Now take the dosa tava with flat surface and grease it with oil if you use non stick pan then grease it once and wipe it with tissue allow it to get heated to medium temperature then add one ladle of dosa batter and spread it from center to the corner in circular motion just as we do to our traditional dosa then once the top surface become dry close the lid and allow it to get cooked for 1 minute then open the lid and flip the dosa and cook it for 10 second then remove it repeat the same procedure to make remaining dosa enjoy this dosa with coconut or peanut chutney or with tomato sabzi or you can also make potato sabzi with it this is very instant and easy recipe for the breakfast hope you all enjoy it.
