Method
To make bread parantha, first of all take bread slices and cut it into small pieces. Now put these pieces in the jar and grind them. After that, take it out in a bowl. Now add semolina, curd and a cup of water to it. Now mix it well and leave it for about 15–20 minutes so that the semolina swells well.
After 20 minutes, add the batter again. Now it must have become thick. After this you add some water and mix it again. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, onion and capsicum and mix. Now add ginger, green chillies, red chillies, garam masala, mango powder, salt and baking soda and mix it well again. Your batter is ready.
Now spread oil duckler on the pan. After this, spread the batter on the pan. Now apply oil on all four sides and then let it cook for a minute or two. When one side is fully cooked, then you flip it over and roast it from the other side.

When it cooks well on both sides, take it out in a plate. You can prepare paranthas in the same way from the rest of the batter. Now serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
