 Shardiya Navaratri is coming which is dedicated to Matarani. In these days, devotees fast. But during the fast for the energy in the body, fruits are consumed. So today in this episode, we have brought you the recipe of making delicious raw banana pakoras, which will be liked by everyone. So let's know about its recipe.

 Necessary ingredients

 Raw Banana - 4-5

 Water chestnut flour - 150 grams

 Rock salt - as per taste

 Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)

 Fennel - 1/2 tsp

 Black pepper powder - as per taste

 Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

 Oil - As Required

 Recipe

 First of all, cut the bananas into two pieces with the peels and boil them in the cooker.

 - When cold, remove the peel of the banana and cut it into a round shape.

 Prepare the batter by adding water chestnut flour, green chillies, rock salt, black pepper powder, fennel and coriander in a bowl.

 - Heat oil in a pan.

 Now dip the banana pieces in the solution and fry them till crisp. 4

 - Take your banana dumplings is ready.

 Serve hot with tamarind or green chutney.
