 1. Crunchy Okra Chaat Recipe

 1/2 kg Okra, 1/2 cup gram flour, 2 teaspoon Amchur powder, 3 teaspoon rice flour, 1.5 teaspoon Chaat masala, 2 teaspoon corn starch, 2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon chilli powder, salt as per taste , For frying oil, 1/2 cup sweet curd, 1/4 cup tamarind chutney, little pomegranate seeds, sev, 2 teaspoons chopped onions, 3 teaspoons chopped tomatoes

 Cut the lady finger in the middle, separate the seeds and put turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, mango powder, gram flour, rice flour and cornstarch in it in a vessel. Do not add salt to this stage. Now heat the oil in a pan and when it is going to fry the okra, add salt to it. Sprinkle a little water in it so that the masala mixes in the lady finger.

 10-12 spinach leaves, 1 teaspoon sweet chutney, 1 teaspoon green chutney, a pinch of black salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, a little oil, 1/2 tapa gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon celery, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida, Salt as per taste, 5 teaspoons water

 Wash and clean the spinach leaves. Mix gram flour, dry spices and celery and prepare a batter in which to dip the spinach leaves. Fry them in oil until they turn golden brown. When done, break them into small pieces and add chutney, black salt, a little cumin powder, etc. and mix. Serve immediately.
