Soya cabbage manchurian delicious recipe must try

Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage 1 cup
  2. Soya chunks 1 cup
  3. Veg manchurian masala powder 1 sachet
  4. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
  6. Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. All purpose flour (maida) 1/2 cup
  9. Corn flour 3 tsp
  10. Water as per requirement
  11. Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil to deep fry manchurian

To make manchurian gravy:

  1. onion 1 big sized
  2. Tomato 1
  3. Capsicum 1
  4. Spring onion 1/4th cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Red chili sauce 1 and 1/2 tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  8. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  9. Vinegar 1/2 tsp
  10. Corn flour 1 tsp
  11. Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Water 1 cup
  14. Fresh coriander leaves 5 tsp

method:

To make manchurian balls first chop or grate the cabbage very fine and soak the soya chunks if you want it quickly then boil them after then take it out of water and chop it very fine take both soya chunks and cabbage into a bowl and add into it veg manchurian 1/2 sachet, crushed garlic, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste, maida and corn flour and mix them well after then use water to make all the ingredients together means to bind them all after then heat the oil into the kadai and then make the flame low to medium now make small balls of the manchurian out the batter and drop them into the oil and fry until they turn golden then take them out onto kitchen towel or papper so that the extra oil to be soaked well.

Now in a pan add some oil and then let it get heated then add finally chopped onion and saute until the onion turns translucent then add ginger garlic paste into it and saute for a minute then add into it Tomato and a pinch of salt saute well and close the lid for 2 minutes let the tomato becomes mushy after then add chopped capsicum, spring onion and also add red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and vinegar to it and mix them all well and allow them to be cooked for 3 minutes add bit red chili flakes to it and then mix it now in a katori add corn flour and put about 3 to 4 tsp of water and make starch out of it and keep it aside now add 1 cup of water to the pan mixture and let one boil to arise after then put the starch to it and allow it to become thick then add the fried manchurian balls to it and mix it well close the lid and keep it on low flame for 2 minutes after then put chopped fresh coriander leaves to it and mix it again and off the flame now serve it hot the delicious soya cabbage manchurian is ready.
