- 1 bowl chopped beans
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic
- 1 green chili pieces
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric/ Haldi powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili/ Lal Mirch powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon amchur/ dry mango powder or Use lemon according to taste
- 2 to 3 tablespoon oil or ghee
Steps to cook:
1. Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Then, add chopped ginger and garlic. Add beans and potatoes, slow down the flame and cover the lid.
3. After 5-7 minutes check if potatoes are cooked turn off the flame and let the veggie sit there for a while.
