  • 1 bowl chopped beans
  • 2 diced potatoes
  • 1 chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger garlic
  • 1 green chili pieces
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric/ Haldi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili/ Lal Mirch powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon amchur/ dry mango powder or Use lemon according to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon oil or ghee

Steps to cook:

1. Heat oil in the pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Then, add chopped ginger and garlic. Add beans and potatoes, slow down the flame and cover the lid.

credit:party image reference2. After 2-3 minutes add tomatoes, stir it well and cover the lid again. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt as required. Now add the amchur powder or Lemon juice and garam masala powder according to taste.

3. After 5-7 minutes check if potatoes are cooked turn off the flame and let the veggie sit there for a while.
