Kombri Vade is one of the finest dishes of Maharashtra.
This is a special recipe of Malavan, which is full of spices. It is as tasty in food as it is also spicy.

How to make wonderful Kambri Vade
material-
½ kg chicken, ½ teaspoon garlic paste to marinate, ¼ teaspoon ginger paste to marinate, finely chopped green coriander, 2-3 green chillies, 2 teaspoons dry coconut, 4-5 red chillies, 4 teaspoons wet Coconut, 5 onions, 4 teaspoons oil, 4 teaspoons turmeric, 2 teaspoons Malvani garam masala and salt as per taste.
Method-
First marinate the chicken in garlic and ginger paste. Then fry the dried coconut, red chillies lightly, and then grind them together.
Pour some oil in a pan, then add three chopped onions and fry until they turn pink, when the onion frys, then add wet coconut to it and fry it till it becomes light brown. When it cools down then grind it into a paste.
Put oil in the pan again and cut two onions into it, fry the onion till it becomes light brown. Then add marinated chicken to it and let it cook for a while.
Now add Malavani masala to the paste of ground dried coconut and chilli, after 3-4 minutes, add onion and wet coconut paste to the chicken, after that add salt according to your self and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes . When the chicken is cooked, add chopped coriander leaves to it.
Method of making vade
Ingredients- 2 bowls of rice, one bowl of sorghum, 4 bowls of urad dal, one bowl of wheat, 4-5 fenugreek seeds (grind them all together). 2 tbsp powdered flour, 4 teaspoons turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt as per taste and oil for frying.
Method- Mix turmeric salt and red chilli in 2 bowl flour, then add 2 spoons of oil to it and knead the dough with lukewarm water.
After keeping the dough for a while, make a Puri with a small piece of dough on plastic paper. And make a small hole in the middle. Now pour oil in a pan and fry these men till they turn light brown.
