Tangy and Spicy Kurkure Bhel Recipe

 

Kurkure Bhel is an Easy homemade tangy snack with a cup of tea. This is like a quick 2-min recipe. Just chop some tomatoes, onions and whatever you wish to add, cut the packet, add the vegetables, mix it well and you're ready to go. I’ve been very lazy over the past few days and this is all I made. This crunchy Bhel is a mixture of Kurkure, chopped onions, spicy and sweet chutneys then topped with sev, dal, and Kurkure! Kurkure used to be one of our favorite packed food during childhood days and this unique fusion of Kurkure Bhel tastes Chatpata and delicious! It has a burst of flavors that delights your taste buds and also brings back those childhood days of munching Kurkure as a snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 large packet Kurkure
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 cup sev

Instructions:

1. Empty the packet of Kurkure in a deep mixing bowl and add onions, capsicum, and tomatoes to it. Next, add chat masala, tomato ketchup, and salt to the mixture. Mix all the ingredients very well.

3. Lastly, serve by adding sev on top of it. You can additionally add pomegranate seeds on top.
