 Gourd Paneer Kofta Curry

To make it, things like gourd, potato, ginger chopped, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, tomatoes, gram flour, salt flavored, paneer, yogurt will be required. First grate the gourd and squeeze it well. And keep aside the squeezed water to roast the masala. Now mix the cheese, potatoes and all the other ingredients in the bottle gourd well. Now make small balls of it. After this, put a pan on the gas and add oil to it. Now deep fry all the koftas.

After frying the koftas, take it out in a vessel and keep it. To make gravy, you will grind ginger, tomatoes and some spices. Once the paste is ready, climb the pan and add a spoon of oil to it. After it becomes slightly hot, add half a teaspoon of cumin and two bay leaves and add the grinded paste to it. Fry it well, when it starts to turn light brown then add curd to it. After this, add salt and hot spices as per taste. Fry it well and do so until it thickens.

After frying for a while, add all the koftas to it. Now cover it and let it cook for a while. When it is ready, add green coriander over it. In this way the gourd paneer kofta will be prepared and you can serve it now.
