However, my today's research is, I found from the medical study 12 muscles are responsible for once smile. Then my question to you is Why & How these muscles are responsible.
Although our brain's happy & pleasant feelings are due to the Dopamine, smiling is a facial expression. It happens due to a number of facial muscle contraction or relaxation.
When our brain recognizes any situation related to positive feedback or any condition related to happiness, it creates a reward system in the brain & sends signals to contract the facial muscles which cause a unique smile.
When we smile our brain got a signal from the facial muscles to secret happy or pleasant hormone called Dopamine, which feels pleasant, happy & amusing. It means our brain's feelings & emotions are interrelated to each other & are directly proportional.
