Just kidding it's one of the worst anime I have ever seen.
It’s really a tough question because it's not easy to pick which one is the best out of N numbers of anime on various different topics.
But I will go with
“Deathnote “
Over these many years it has been one of the best anime I have came across.
Released in 2006 it has been able to overcome all the time barriers, and has a special place in everyone's heart.
This anime goes on for 37 episodes but you will never ever get bored in any one of them. This anime will make you to think throught the series.
Some scenes may even give you goosebumps, and orgasms to your eyes.
The storyline is amazing and awesome without a doubt.
Both the Mangaka (Manga writer)” Tsugoyomi Ohba “and “Takeshi Obata” has done an awesome work.
This anime is a beautiful cocktail of psychological thriller and horror anime.
The kind of supreme psychological battle between the main characters will almost take your soul away.
I don't want to give the spoilers but till 24 episodes I would rate this anime as 10/10 but after that I would rate it 9.5 /10.
It has an intresting plot, awesome and unique storyline, beautiful opening and ending theme and smart characters that what makes it as one of the best anime in the world.
But I would recommend some more anime which are almost as beautiful as Deathnote

Code Geass (Both the seasons)
Akame Ga Kill
Naruto and Naruto Shippudeen
Kuroko no Basket (all the seasons)

It's one of the most beautiful movie I have ever seen.
With an amazing storyline and beautiful artwork.
Akira
One of the best animated movies of all time, which focuses on a unique concept and storyline.
This movie will keep you intrested till the last.
It’s one of the best psychological thriller ever made
