If you ask me who are two most successful people of World in current times, then they are Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates. Success is very broad term, and some people whom we think are successful are not really successful. Let me first define the HARDCORE definition of success:
- Fame
- Top 100 in Wealth
- Huge Fan following
- Monopoly
- Great Admiration
- No controversy.
Another person who qualifies for this list is Russian President Vladimir Putin.

So how does the journey for success begins. Journey for success begins with the need. Need is supplemented by self-discovered technology. Which is followed by team building, which is followed by huge visibility.
People may know Elon Musk or Larry Ellison, and have both wealth and visibility but they do not touch our day to day lives. I wrote it somewhere, every ordinary person is also successful if he had bread and house. But talking in terms of Global Rankings, the HARDCORE concept comes in picture.

So the habits of successful people are:
- They think small, they never think big. Big follows during the journey
- They are very persistent in their approach "Raah Pakad Ke Ek Chala Chal, Paa Jayega Madhushala"
- The are addicted to certain things, they will never leave things
- They don't work hard to build teams, because they are very lazy
- They help others to grow, and these people become their core team member
- They are happy-go-lucky fellow, and never show remorse on lost opportunity
- They love to take joy ride, that is this thing is new, how i can make money out of it.

Success normally never speaks of hard labour, but of careful brain-work and luck. Hard Labour is needed only in initial days of an enterprise, but after that you should look for holes in oil-field from where you can get black gold.
Big, Sharp, Well-Connected, and Team Players do not reach phenomenal heights like Jeff Bezos or Bill Gates because they start putting their effort in every thing. So for the last mile or in victory lap FOCUS is very much needed.
