Fresh coconut ladoo fantastic recipe must try

Ingredients:

  1. fresh coconut 2
  2. Milk 200 ml
  3. Sugar powder 150 grams
  4. Cardamom powder 1 full tsp
  5. Raisins (kishmish/munuke) 3 tsp
  6. Desi ghee 2 tsp

method:

To make ladoo out of fresh coconut just remove the water from the coconut and keep aside there is no need of water in this and now take out the brown part of the coconut we need only white part of the coconut now you can go for 2 options first one is just make small pieces of coconut and grind it corasly or just grate it you can choose as you want but I suggest you all to make pieces and grind corasly after you do so just keep a pan on gas stove on medium flame add ghee to it and once the ghee starts melting put the grinded coconut to it and keep saute until you get nice aroma and the colour also has to get changed slightly.

Once you find that the colour has been changed and aroma is also very good then this is the right time to move to next step however you will need atleast 5 to complete first step okay now coming to next step is to add milk into this and saute it for another 2 to 3 minutes so that the coconut absorb the milk completely and become soft a bit then add sugar powder to it and keep mixing let the sugar powder also cook well in this cook until you feel that it has become a little sticky and you can make ladoo easily it takes around 3 more minutes to complete this process then lastly add cardamom powder to it and saute it for a minute now off the flame and keep it to get cooled once you feel the temperature has been reduced then start making ladoo out of this mixture put raisins to decorate it and give nice look you can also use pistachio or almonds slices to garnish this you can use any dry fruits of your choice to garnish it make ladoo and enjoy them with your friends and family.
