Vegetables in particular are important, because without vitamins the defenses decrease. Vitamins should be obtained from food, not from squeezes, because vegetables contain other useful ingredients.
*Hand washing. About 5-10 times a day.
*Exercise. Moderately strenuous exercise several times a week. You can exercise outdoors or indoors, as long as your heart rate rises and exercise is regular.Easy going attitude and carefree mind. Enough rest and nice things in life.
*Self-care :Diseases should be treated away.Brushing teeth and a healthy mouth.Normal weight.Country life, gardening, dog keeping.
Deteriorates resistance:
*Smoking. Weakens the body's defense system.
*Excessive alcohol use. That’s when drinks take up space from decent food.
*Use of strong, disinfectant cleaners under normal home conditions. Too sterile an environment is not conducive to health. We need exposure to various bacterial structures
*Stress Changes the immune system and thus exposes the disease.Eating antibiotics, diseases, surgeries decrease resistance.
