Today we are going to make prawn thokku now we can see how to make this prawn thokku. It's a delicious dishes best combination with rice.

Ingredients
For Paste
1. Kashmiri red chilli - 8 Kashmiri red chillies or 4 normal red chilli
2. Ginger - 2 pieces (1-inch size)
3. Garlic - 8 piece
5. Curry Leaves - Few
For Prawn Thokku
1. Oil - Required
2. Green Chillies - 2
3. Onion - 1/2 (big chopped onion)
4. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
5. Prawns - 300 gram
6. Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
7. Tomato - 1
8. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
9. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
10. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp (Optional)
11. Cumin Powder - 1 tbsp (Optional)
12. Salt - Required

Method
1. Add all the pasting ingredient and we can paste this by adding some water.
2. After we pasted this add 3 tablespoon oil is hot.
3. Add 2 green chilli with this add 1/2 chopped big onion, we can fry this add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste and fry this well. 4. Ginger garlic had fried well, we can add the prawn and fry them while frying like this the taste of prawn will be good.
5. We can fry this for 2-3 minutes we fried this now we can take this separately in a plate.
6. Add 2 tablespoon oil in the same pan, 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, some curry leaves,1 medium-sized big onion, we can fry these onions are fried.
7. Now we can add 1 tomato and tomatoes are fried well
8. We can add the chilli paste and add some water,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder you can add as you wish 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
9. we can fry all this masala well the masala had fried well.
10. Now we can add the fried prawn we mixed this well now we can add 1/2 teaspoon salt, you can add as you wish to close this for three minutes, we can mix this in between.
11. If you wish you can add lemon juice we can finish this by adding some coriander leaves.
12. Now our tasty and easy prawn is now ready to serve.
