In today's time, 95% people are getting obese due to which many serious problems like diabetes, heart problems, blood pressure etc. are arising. Taking the same place for a long time, mental stress, proper sleep is not a problem. This is due to excessive use of salt and sugar. If sugar has some benefits, then there are also many disadvantages, let's learn here -
1. Diabetes
Consumption of sugar increases obesity which leads to diabetes. Obesity causes many metabolic and hormonal changes in the body and increases the amount of insulin in the body. Therefore, diabetic patients should not use sugar at all.
2.Hart Problems
People who use sugar in high amounts may have triglyceroid and low HDL cholesterol levels. Let me tell you, HDL cholesterol prevents heart attack. But due to triglyceroid and low HDL, the chances of heart problems increase further.
3. Cancer
Serious problems like cancer are killing many people. According to the scientist, the use of sugar increases insulin in the body, which can lead to cancer problems. According to research, consuming sugar in high amounts increases the chances of cancer.
4. Teeth Problem
More calories are found in more sugar. There are no nutrients like protein, vitamins, minerals etc. in it. Fat is greatly increased by its intake. Consuming 10-20% of sugar increases many health problems. Using sugar is considered quite bad for teeth. Bacteria in the teeth are produced in the mouth due to its use.
Other Problems:
- Do not use sugar at all.
- Do not take sugar in any form refined flour, artificial sweeteners, pre-packaged diet.
- Do not drink drinks that are high in sugar.
- Add protein to every meal.
- Eat carbohydrates and non-starchy vegetables.
- Proper sleep.
