Ingredients for making Shahi Paneer

250 grams cottage cheese

2 tablespoons butter

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp ginger

1 cup tomato puree

1/4 tsp turmeric

2 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp salt

1 tsp red chilli powder

3 green chillies (finely chopped)

Crushed cheese

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp coriander leaves

2 pieces of butter

Shahi Paneer Recipe

To make Shahi Paneer, heat ghee in a pan. Make sure that it does not burn. Add cumin seeds, when it starts crackling, add ginger to it and cook for a while. Add tomato puree and cook on low heat. Add turmeric, coriander, salt, red chili powder and green chillies to it. Add some crushed paneer and water to it. Then let it boil. Cook it on medium flame while adding water. Add paneer pieces to it and cover them well with gravy. After this, let it cook for a minute. Garnish with butter and coriander leaves and serve.
