Winters are coming and you must have started preparing for it. The winter mornings are felt better with tea and coffee with some chops and pakoras. People also do many things to be safe, like drinking warm water, honey water and turmeric-milk at regular intervals to boost their immunity. Here is a quick recipe of freshly prepared almond milkshake that is loaded with immunity boosters and is very simple to make. It is very tasty and can keep you strong and energetic during winter. So, take a quick look at the necessary ingredients and it's method of preparation.

Ingredients:-
Milk- 150 ml
Almonds- A handful(20 to 30)
Cardamom- 3
Sugar- 100gms
Cinnamon stick- 1
Milk powder- 50 gm's
Preparation:-
Almond milkshake is drank warm. It is full of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, some fat, proteins, riboflavin's, vitamins and minerals. At first take a saucepan and heat milk till it boils. Add milk powder and keep stirring well for 3 minutes. Let the milk thicken a bit. Soak the almonds a night before and make a paste of it into a blender. Add sugar and crush it again with a piece of cinnamon and some cardamoms. Now add this paste very slowly into the saucepan. Keep the flame to low and stir well.Let all mix well. Switch off the gas. Take a glass or a mug and gently pour the milkshake into it. If you want you can strain it with help of a strainer. Sprinkle some cut almonds over the milkshake and decorate it well. It's ready to be enjoyed as a refreshing, warm evening drink. Almond milk is packed with nutritional benefits and is a very tasty winter drink to share with your close ones. If you want to add some ice cubes, you can relish it even more.
