Why do we dream? Know about the meaning of your dreams

Dreams occur during the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) of our sleep cycle. In this our brain is as active as we are awake. Sleep studies show our brainwaves are almost as active during REM cycles as they are when we're awake. This brain waves affect our front brain to make this dreams. Generally when we are in sleep our subconscious mind is doing a job of re arranging our memories for next day. During this work the brain waves occuring and that makes us to dream.

But still the researchers cannot explain why this wave is occurring during our sleep. The electromagnetic waves affect our front brain and it believes that we are awake. This scene is nothing but a memory stored in our subconscious mind. Generally in dreams we can't see a clock or it seems in different manner.

Dreams can be controllable if we know that we are in dream. Do you want to know how? Then continue reading.. This method is called . We have to identify whether we are in dream are not. For that just remember the things that occur in our dreams. Every time try to realise that whether you are in dream or not. Once you identified that you are in dream then start controlling your dream. It is possible with practice.

"Sleep paralysis".

Sleep paralysis is usually happens when we feel like we are awake but we can't move our hands and body. This is because our mind will make us in a little unconscious stage when we are sleeping but in certain stage our brain will get active but our body is still in unconscious stage. This is know as "sleep paralysis".
