How to make delicious milk Kozhukattai
Required objects;
Raw rice - 400 g,
Skull Jagger - 250 g,
Milk - 1/2 liter,
Cardamom Powder - 1 tablespoon,
Cashew - 20,
Saara Dhal- 1 tablespoon.

Process;
1. Soak the rice in water for 2 hours.
