Yummy butter garlic vegetable fried rice
Ingredients:3Cups cooked rice.
3 Tbsp butter.
7-8green garlic cloves.
2Tbsp chopped French beans.
2Tbsp grated cabbage.
2Tbsp grated cauliflower.
2Tbsp grated carrot.
1/2Cup chopped onion.
Salt to taste.
2Tbsp garlic paste.
8-10Green garlic stalks

Method:1.Finely chop green garlic cloves.
2.Heat butter in a nonstick wok,Add garlic and onion and saute.
3.Add French beans, Cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well,

4.Add salt and cooked rice, Sprinkle 1/2cup water and garlic paste and mix well
5.Finely chop green garlic stalks and add mix well,Cook for 2-3minutes.

6. Trans for in to a serving bowl and serve hot.
