Google has added a new feature 'password checkup' to its password manager. This new feature has been introduced keeping in view the security of the users, from where the users will be able to check whether their password is part of a larger security breech.
Although this password checkup of Google was already available as an extension, but now Google is giving it directly to Google account. Users will be able to use it by going to password.google.com.

This will check whether you are using a safe password or not.
In this, the login information of the user will be combined with the crores of accounts, which are at risk of security. If your account password is breached in a major hacking, then Google will advise you to change the password. If you are using a weak password, then Google will also alert you for this.
Google said in a statement, 'Password checkup sends your information to Google, from which the security check is done, but the user's data is encrypted and no one else can see it.

Google said that the passwords of the users are in our hash (#) sign and are encrypted. For information, let us know that in February this year, Google launched the password checkup extension for its web browser Chrome. According to the company, this extension was downloaded 10 million times in the beginning itself.
