How to Beat Stress and Succeed in Exams :
  1. Firstly, look after your health. Looking after your health means that you should take proper rest. Eat and drink properly, exercise your body and spend quality time on yourself.
  2. Studying at every available opportunity can lead to information overload. We suggest that you set yourself a program and stick to it as much as possible. Studying for 20 minutes at a time, followed by a 'reflection period' on what you have learned and then a 10 minute break - is ideal for optimum learning.
  3. Make your learning fun. If you have someone to study with then use the opportunity to test each other on what you've learned so far, when you're away from your books.
  4. If you find your mind begins to wander during your studies then it's time for a rest.
  5. Practise relaxation exercises.
