The "Golden Bridge" was opened in June, and many consider it the most beautiful pedestrian bridge in the world. High in the Ba Ba Mountains of Vietnam, the 150m long and 5m wide golden track, lined with flowers and chrysanthemum, hold two massive hands stretching over the tree trunks.
"Cau Vang" (a golden bridge in the Vietnamese language) is at 1400m above sea level, in an embrace of the hands that seem to be there forever.
Vu Viet Anh, the founder of TA Landscape Architecture, attributed the design of the bridge, explained that the design is inspired by the world of gods and giants, and the giant hands that work on stone, in fact, are made of fibreglass and wire mesh around the steel base. They are decorated with moss and cracks in order to give a woody look.
