Due to this reason Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu decided never to become parents in life

Tragedy King of Bollywood Dilip Kumar married almost half his age young actress Saira Banu in 1966.

After few years of marriage Saira got pregnant with Dilip's child. She had low blood pressure in the 8th month of her pregnancy and due to this the child died prematurely. This effected both Saira and Dilip from within. They were not able to get through this shock easily. Later Doctor told them that Saira won't be able to become mother again in her life.

Here both Dilip and Saira decided never to become parents in their life. Today Dilip is over 96 in age but has still not adopted any child.
